IN THE PRESS My story on unassisted childbirth for Page Six Magazine was picked up by Good Morning America, and the Men's Journal piece on buying your second home first was featured in the "What's Offline" column in the Business Day section of the New York Times. See both of the original stories on my clips page.

BE A SOURCE I have a stellar e-mail list where I send out requests for people to help out with articles my colleagues and I are working on. If you want to help out with stories, send an e-mail to ACSourceList-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and I'll add you to the list. It averages out to one or two e-mails a month, and you can take yourself off the list at any time.

I'm a writer and editor who is living in the suburban wonderland that is New Jersey. If you're interested in some of the things I've done, from celebrity interviews to investigative stories to first-person pieces on composting dog poop (yes, indeed), go to my clips page. I recently did some research on Turks and Caicos for a story, and I interviewed the owner of a great little bar there called Calico Jack's. Though I'd make a terrible beach bum (wayyyy too high strung), I wouldn't be shocked if I somehow found myself at the airport, buying a last-minute ticket so I could drink Shipwrecks and play in their Tuesday night Jenga tournament.  Somehow, the idea of rum punch and Jenga seems so perfectly matched.
WINNER! Well, actually third-placer, but it's still very cool. The Good Housekeeping story I wrote, "Rx for Disaster," won third-place in the Health Journalism Awards through the Association of Health Care Journalists (just behind Playboy—proof yet again that you should be reading it for the articles). You can see the list of winners here.
